We were really pleased with the staff at the Thistle Edinburgh Hotel. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast and other meals we had were excellent. The hotel and the room was provided with various facilities including iron, safe, concierge and so on. The room was huge for UK standards and furnished well, but it could have been a little tidier.
