The checking-in process went quick and without any problems. The staff in the Swissotel speak excellent English so there were no communication problems. Seeing my room I was a bit disappointed of the Swissotel le Concorde as I think for a 5-star hotel it could need some refurbishment. I would give it a 4-star rating.
