I alway enjoy the Rama Gardens Hitel but this time as well as the last time, they charged my credit card for the room even though I, of course, paid for it via Excelloz.com. The last time I call them and they corrected the error. I guess I will have to call them again to get credit for this time also. Please tell them to quit this nonsense. thank you for your excellence serviced and assistance.

The Rama Gardens Bangkok Hotel was a beautiful and luxurious hotel. The hotel is not located in the city, but it was easy to get to places via the nearby expressway. It would approximately take 20-30 minutes by cab. The lobby was spacious and beautiful. The front desk was good. The swimming pool was lovely, but busy all day. The room was luxury and had modern amenities. The bathroom was good and clean, but a bit too small. Overall, I recommend this hotel if you don't mind being away from the city center. If not, there are many hotels in the heart of Bangkok city.
