This was my second visit to BKK. The hotel is ideally located to the skytrain and also a couple of the shopping malls. MBK shopping mall i would say is the most competitive in price wereas the others tend to be on an fix price basis. The room was very spacious and space provided was more than what i had expected. The only draw -back was that the rooms were not very clean, you could see stains on the furniture. A couple of times house keeping acutually failed to provide new bedding, and hoped this was not realised. Also the A/C in the rooms is very loud and an disruption to sleep. Room service was very poor and would recommedn to eat out. Staff on respection spoke good english , whereas with the remaining staff you struggled to communicate. Beakfast was average, varitie was very limited, would not recommend the pool side for breakfast as staff were inattentive.
