The PJ Watergate Hotel was amazing. The lobby area was very nice. The hotel has a good location at Pratunam, surrounded by shops, restaurants and entertainments. We really enjoyed the cheap shopping and bargaining with the shop vendors. The staff was cute, friendly and welcoming. The room service was good, but a bit too slow at times. Room service staff was very polite. The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was also good, although a little small. Overall, I would suggest staying here.
