The Novotel Suvarnabhumi Hotel is excellent. Services was good from the time we checked in till we left. Staff was welcoming and friendly. I was extremely pleased with the hotel's interior including the huge lobby area, rooms, restaurants and bars. The hotel is designed and decorated elegantly. Rooms have a contemporary design and is very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom has also been made to impress, although I faced a minor difficulty (toilet blocked) probably due to the hotel being newly opened. It's probably not the best hotel to stay if you want to shop and enjoy the city life since it's pretty far, but I have to say, the Novotel Suvarnabhumi Hotel is worth a stay if you're on a transit or just in need to relax for few days. Shuttle bus services are also available to and from the airport, which made it a lot more convenient for us. This hotel was defintely worth the price so I'll love to stay here again.

The Novotel Suvarnabhumi Airport was probably the best airport hotel I have ever stayed at. To be fair, its brand new and the Accor group know what they are doing but it was still excellent, much better than other Novotels I stayed at. I especially liked the spa facilities of the Novotel Suvarnabhumi that are more than I would expect from an airport hotel. Really nice ambiance and numerous packages to choose from. The rates were OK too, comparable with other luxurious spa offerings in Bangkok. If you are on a stop over or even if you are staying here for a few days, the Novotel Suvarnabhumi is a superb hotel. Only gripe: Its a bit far from the center of Bangkok.

The Novotel Suvarnabhumi Airport Hotel is newly open and I have never seen a Novotel 5-Star hotel in Thailand so perfect with a fantastic service. Very convenient has a Airport Hotel and well deserved by taxi or bus to Bangkok city. I will be back.

Novotel Suvarnabhumi Airport Hotel location is only a 5 minutes walk from Bangkok new international Airport (Suvarnbhumi Airport). You can walk through underground walkway. The hotel has full facilities, the nice and clean room, 4 styles of restaurants. You can rest and with swimming pool, fitness center and health spa. This hotel is near the airport but far from the center of Bangkok. The hotel service and hotel staffs are good. I was impressed.
