The Grand Diamond Pratunam Hotel, Bangkok is good and cheap place to stay in Bangkok. The Grand Diamond Pratunam Hotel has the great location, on Petchburi Road, nearby BTS Skytrain. You cannot really walk to the main shopping areas of Siam Square, but taxis and BTS Skytrain are cheap. The Grand Diamond Pratunam Hotel designed “Diamond cut” shape pf building feature 4 wings that allow every room to be located on a corner, my room also then I can see city view from my room. The hotel staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good too.

The Grand Diamond was a mixed but overall good experience. I was especially pleased with the very convenient location. Just one block away is the Pantip shopping Plaza. Its a sjhopping center specializing on computer products. I definitely did a lot of shopping there as they had all the new gadgets from Japan among other things. The rooms of the Grand Diamond are really big as its a service apartment and not a hotel. I had a full kitchen, living room and bedroom and al was clean and confortable. Not amazing but it was all good. I saw that the suites look very nice, maybe I try the next time. The rates are not that cheap but considering the size of the room you coud probably stay in there with several people together.
