  • Review By Mr. Jason :
The Davis Hotel Bangkok is in the heart of the city. It's a good and convenient location. This hotel is a boutique style, with excellent accommodation. The room is also well equipped with a lot of furniture .. and the bed is comfortable. We're found a friendly atmosphere and the staff was very welcome. We have been here twice now and intend to return.
  • Review By Mr. Denis Miller :
I absolutely loved the Davis Hotel. The hotel’s location wasn’t the best, but it was close enough for a cheap taxi to pretty much anywhere. About rooms, the first time I stayed in the corner wing, the second in the main wing. The corner wing is a very short walk from the main wing. The corner wing I found to be nearer and nicer, although the size of the rooms are smaller, which still makes for a very large room. These rooms are cheaper too so I would recommend these as better value for money. The breakfast was fantastic with a buffet which even changed hot menu items each morning egg pancakes or french toast, or Thai foods such as fried rice or soup. There’s plenty of fresh fruit and juices, cereals. The main wing even has an omelet bar making fresh omelet on request. The service was beyond excellent. Everyone was super friendly, lots of smiles. I would strongly recommend this hotel to ones who’re coming to Bangkok. You won’t be disappointed.
  • Review By Mr. Anthony Gregory :
The Davis Bangkok is a fantastic hotel, I have been staying there since it first opened and will always reutrn there, the newer Corner Wing is of a more modern style even though smaller, I much prefer these rooms. The pool area is cosy and a quiet retreat from the busy Soi 24 below. Service as always is great and accomodating. Location even though away from the main street is only a short Tuktuk ride or cheap taxi ride away and no problems getting taxis from here.
  • Review By Mr. Yong Song :
The Davis Bangkok is apparently the "first boutique hotel in Thailand". The hotel has excellent location on Sukhumvit Soi 24, it very close to Emporium Shopping Center and the Prompong Skytrian station easily access the best Bangkok. The Davis hotel offers a truly unique design in Bangkok. I’m pleased with the hotel. The room are wonderful and hotel services very comfortable. All in all was excellent place and great value. I want to go back!
  • Review By Ms. Karl Juric :
The Davis is a great oasis in the craziness of Bangkok. Rooms are stylish, functional and large. Bathrooms are great; clean as a whistle and sleek. As with most beds I have slept on in Asia, is very firm. There are two wings to the hotel. The corner wing is just a few doors down from the main building. The main building houses the pool, business center, and nightclub. It was slightly annoying to have to trek over to the main building to use the pool but no real trouble. Pool is quite small but lovely. As I have mentioned, the only drawback is the 10-15 min walk to the Phrom Phong sky train station. Going around Bangkok wasn’t a problem for me at all since the hotel is located in the right spot of Bangkok and the hotel’s tuktuk goes about hourly. Overall, I was very pleased to come back from my trip in Bangkok and stayed there. Love you The Davis!!
  • Review By Mr. Gerd Grakow :
This hotel, Davis Hotel Bangkok is not a very huge like other hotels in Bangkok, but the modernity you can find in the hotel. The hotel looked European style from the outside which you cannot see many in Bangkok, but it kept very Asian Thai style inside the hotel such as restaurants, accommodations. The hotel looked so clear when the light on glasses of the hotel. The room was so fine and comfy and nice smell. Thai foods served different cousins. Outdoor pool was in the alley behind which was private enough for me to go swimming as well as I could take a fresh breath naturally. It was very unique style of pool and very Thai Style. It was nice here in Davis Hotel keeping both style in one hotel appeared in Bangkok.
  • Review By Mr. Daniel Barry :
The rooms of the Davis Hotel Bangkok were excellent. You just have to love the design of the hotel and the rooms. Absolutely stylish, modern and cozy at the same time. All design aficionados will enjoy their stay at the Davis to the fullest. Despite being a 4-star hotel it could be considered 5-star in some areas from my point of view. The locaton is very good and central. As its close to Sukhumvit (but a biot too far to walk) its best to take the shuttle that takes you down the road to the sky train and Emporium shopping center. The Davis provides this shuttle free. Of course, the staff of the Davis Hotel will also call a taxi for you if you want. The business center is also useful although I just needed it for checking my Email. Other services are available though. Overall, a greatly satisfying experience.
  • Review By Mr. Steven Howie :
To say it right away: The Davis Hotel was a great choice and I highly recommend it to everybody. For what you get at the Davis, the price is unbeatable. I also like the contemporary boutique style design which I much prefer to the standard conservative hotel designs. The Davis has a very stylish lobby and all rooms are furnished and designed with the greatest care. The swimming pool and spa is also nice and makes you forget that you are in the middle of Bangkok but it has more of a resort feel to it. If you are worried about the location then you don’t need to be. The Davis is situated at the end of the probably most popular soi of Sukhumvit Road. There are several shops, bars and cafes nearby and at Sukhumvit you have access to the Emporium shopping center, the most prestigious in the city (at least that is what I was told). It is definitely a nice center with lots of fashon stores but also a superb floor with all kinds of food. Definitely worth checking out. Service was also always friendly and attentive but as I never had any trouble anyway I didn’t need to request too much things.
  • Review By Mr. Mario Stanski :
Except a few things I was having a really good time at the Davis Hotel. It has a great design, excellent facilities including a Spa and swimming pool in addition to massage services and the location is very convenient. The only problem I had was that the magnetic card keys that you get at the Davis didn’t work properly (at least mine did not). I couldn’t enter my room on one day so had to go to the reception to complain. I got a new key card and had the same problem the following day. This continued on and on until I got the 4th card. I really found this annoying and the receptionist looked like he thought it was my fault not giving any apologies. That is something I don’t like in a hotel in this class. The Davis is really nice and for the overall experience under priced. They should try to train the staff a bit more to make it even better. Otherwise the Davis s highly recommended.
  • Review By Mr. Florian Howard :
Part of the Davis Group, the Davis Hotel in Bangkok is one of the newest hotels in Bangkok. The location was superb, on Sukhumvit 24 which is a lively soi and also where one of Bangkok’s best shopping centers, the “Emporium”, is located. From the Davis hotel to the Emporium it will take you only a few minutes by car or motorbike taxi. Right in front of the hotel is a big supermarket and an Au Bon Pain shop where you can have delicious breakfast or afternoon snack while sitting in the palm garden. This is perfect as you don’t always have to sit in the hotel. The Davis has 3 sections, the Main Wing, Corner Wing and the “Baan Davis”. The latter are Thai style Villas that you can rent. I stayed in the Corner Wing but had the Baan Davis units shown to me. They looked very nice and next time I will try one of those. The swimming pool, spa and other wellness offerings were all very good. I really like the style of the hotel. As it calls itself “Bangkoks first Boutique Hotel’ it is designed very modern and contemporary. Besides, for a hotel this good it is amazing how low the rates actually are compared to other big name hotels in Bangkok. This might be due to the fact that the Davis Group is not really know like other hotel chains and they want to attract people this way. The Davis Hotel is really a well kept secret and definitely on par with other lucurious hotels!. Try it.
