A well designed 3 star hotel, the Ariston is quite alright considering the very good price. I was staying here for a while so had time to get to know the place a bit better. Breakfast was not bad and the food at the restaurant is recommeded although I didn't try a lot. Many more (and often better) restaurants are so close by the hotel that you should try as much as you can in this area. Prices are fantastic in Bangkok, much lower than in Europe. This helped me to save a lot of money on this holiday.

The Ariston Hotel is extremely cheap for being located in the middle of Bangkok city. The skytrain system is a walking distance from the hotel. Emporium shopping center, restaurants and nightlife are all available nearby the hotel. The hotel interior and the lobby area weren’t nice and attractive, but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It had all the standard amenities we were looking for. We used some facilities such as the swimming pool and the sauna room and it was pretty good. The coffee shop outside the hotel was very relaxing and a great place to chill. Staff was alright. This hotel is an average hotel, but extremely cheap for being located on Sukhumvit road. It's a great accommodation if you are on a low budget.
