Amari Watergate Hotel is the first hotel I choose to stay in whenever I visit Bangkok. This hotel has a great location in the middle of the city. It is a walking distance to the major shopping areas such as the Platinum Fashion Mall. From the hotel, it was also very covenient to travel to other areas in Bangkok. The room was comfortable, with many amenities and very clean. The service was great. The hotel has an excellent Thai restaurant that serves authentic local dishes. I've always been impressed with this hotel.

Amari Watergate is ideally located on Pratunam area which is wel-known as the place for shopping with a very cheap price. Around Pratunam area, there are many big shopping mall such as Baiyoke 1&2, Indra square, Pratunam Center, Platinum, etc..I guarantee that you will enjoy shopping here. If you want to go to Siam Square area, you can take the taxi only 10 minutes. The bad things of around this area is traffic jam and pollution but this is normal things in Bangkok. So I did not recommend for one who want to stay in peace and exactly need relaxing.

Amari Watergate Bangkok offers a variety of stylish and comfortable rooms, all with excellent amenities. The Deluxe Room I stayed in was well designed and I liked the design. For the price you pay at the Amari Watergate there is really not much to compalin about. I can definitely recommend this hotel.

My family have stayed in this hotel twice and are very much satisfied. Location is perfect for us and all staff were very helpful, courteous, pleasing and kind. I will definitely stay in this hotel again on my next trip to Bangkok. I truly feel that Thai people are nice people. I haven't met anyone yet who is not nice.
