Me and a colleague chose the Evergreen in Penang for its reasonable price. We paid 210 RM for a room and it included ABF. The room was comparatively large, staff was really friendly, there were no problems whatsoever. One could argue that the location is not perfect as it is not at the beachfront although seaview is available. Then again, I was happy to be close to thew Gurney Drive where you get some delicious food for excellent value.
