Grand Chancellor Hotel has a very good location; you can walk to the main attraction in Melburne but they need a lot of refurbish the tired and worn facilities.

I'm quite disappointed when step to the lobby and feel that again when dropping step to the room. It was tiny and look old so much, it's time for refurbishment. Even it's not the luxurious five star hotel but I think it should be better than this at least it should reasonable with the price. I think it's not value for my money.
