Good location situated on the Queens Rd although quite a walk from the main St Kilda restaurants. Very quiet, change of bed covers every day and change of towels every day. Views of the Albert Park. which are very easy to go around the city.

The room was very good and had been refurbished. TV was a new plasma screen, bathroom was great and there was free wireless Internet in every room as well as the lobby. Breakfast was perfectly and the staff were good.
