1-GOLF ADVENTURE IN A canopy MAE KAMPONG
It takes us first in the green campaign Mae Kampong, a pretty village 45 kilometers from Chiang Mai, nestled around the majestic forests of a national park.
The village is dedicated to the cultivation of tea and coffee and a growing eco-tourism, with the opportunity to stay in the region. After a small cup of local coffee, visitors are transported into the forest at the departure station. Harnessed, these budding Tarzan can run up to the first platform and fly from tree to tree, supported by a steel cable. Thrills guaranteed!
The ride lasts two hours and ends with a suspension bridge between two majestic trees and a rappelling descent to win the good land. “Cool, a little sports,” said Stéphane, the guinea pig of Gavroche, very stolid. “Grosse scared at first, but then it’s excellent,” smiled a young woman. The day continues with a luncheon at the village and a short walk to a waterfall. Little time, unfortunately, to stroll in the village; why there should be overnighting.
Our comment: bravo for the site, safety, supervision and originality of this new tour.A discourage older however not very sporting!
