Bangkok is a major destination for the business traveler, and as such offers a good selection of business hotels that showcase the best in Asian hospitality mixed with a unique Thai flair and offering convenient locations for beating the city’s notorious traffic.
Among the main Bangkok business hotels, guests have a choice between traditional Thai properties or well-known international brands; however they can be assured of the highest quality of service and amenities in either case.
An important area in the Bangkok business world is All Seasons Place, a building complex that is home to the Conrad Bangkok and the Plaza Athenee Bangkok - A Royal Meridien Hotel. These two gleaming modern properties tower over Bangkok and offer stunning views of the city, as well as major business amenities like an Executive Floor and dedicated lounge, well-equipped business center and in-room workstations, as well as delightful Asian-style spas for relaxing after a long day’s work. The Conrad and Plaza Athenee are located on beautiful Wireless Road, with many embassies nearby and good connection to the rest of Bangkok via the nearby skytrain system.
Silom Road and its surrounding area has long been a mainstay of the local business world, and as such features some of the finest Bangkok business hotels. A long-time favorite among locals and foreigners alike is the Dusit Thani, one of the Leading Hotels of the World. It features spacious luxury rooms with a hint of Asian elegance, as well as some of the best restaurants that Bangkok has to offer, especially the Michelin 2-star D’Sens French restaurant. Also in the area is the chic new Sofitel Silom, with great views of the city from its stylish V9 Wine Bar and the high standard of service and amenities that guests have come to expect from the Sofitel brand.
In other areas of the city, guests can combine business with the shopping and nightlife on offer at Siam Square by staying at the InterContinental, a recently renovated deluxe Bangkok business hotel, while the Sofitel Central Plaza is the city’s top MICE hotel, with an attached convention center.

I stayed at Sofitel Silom Hotel in Bangkok for 2 nights. I went to Bangkok for business trips. The hotel is located on Silom Road, in the heart of the commercial district and good location closes the night life in Bangkok. Meeting room in this hotel is good and support with internet connectivity. After that, I enjoyed to night life on Silom Road and I will come back here again next time.
