The Carlson Hotels Asia Pacific has plans for a new luxury suites hotel in Bangkok, Sukhumvit Road. It will open in the year 2008. The Radisson Suites Bangkok Sukhumvit will consist of 2 different towers next to each other. One of the towers is already in place but needs extensive restoration. The existing is a 11-story tower. A second 7-storey tower is still to be built which will feature a swimming pool on the roof top. Together, the two towers will hold 170 suites, of which almost all are either one-bedroom or studio suites. The Radisson Suites Bangkok Sukhumvit will have all the facilities you would expect from a luxury hotel such as fitness center, a club lounge, meeting facilities, bar and restaurant.
