Veronica Residence is quite unique, especially in the area of Bangkok where it is loocated. Ratchadaphisek Road is a street in the North of Bangkok that is quickly becoming more and more important. The subway that goes along it has done its part to boost the streets popularity for business as well as for living. Ratchadaphisek is also home to several budget and luxurious hotels including the Swissotel Le Concorde, the Emerald Hotel or the Chaophya Hotel.

Veronica Residence takes a different approach. From the outside the building doesn’t really do justice to what is awaiting one inside. Outside not so inviting, Veronica Residence really has some very interesting and unique design aspects inside. The Veronica Residence has 41 guest rooms overall and those come in different categories. There are 12 superior twin rooms, 4 deluxe rooms, 24 suites and a single Grand VIP room that is located on the top floor which is on the 7th level. The Grand VIP room only costs about 2000 Baht and even comes with a Jacuzzi.

For dining, the Veronica Residence gives you 3 different choices. There is the Veronica Coffee Shop, located on the first floor, which serves international favorites in an elegant and stylish ambience.

Veronica Garden, which is on the second floor, specializes on authentic Chinese food. A third option for dining is located on the third floor which holds several private dining rooms for private affairs, small meetings and other private gatherings. The rooms can accommodate anything from 5 up to 20 persons.

Considering the low rates of under 40 dollars for a standard room, Veronica Residence is an excellent deal for anybody coming to Bangkok and into contemporary boutique hotels.

As a bonus, when staying at the Veronica Residence you can use a free shuttle to the Chaophya Hotel (just a very short way). It has the same owner and thus you can use the facilities such as the swimming pool or fitness of the Chaophya Hotel.
