Then, Excelloz Reward Points can be redeemed for free nights at all hotels that are available on the Excelloz.com website. In addition, Excelloz.com offers extra benefits such as personal telephone service, express bookings and travel information for Platinum Members only.

3. Reviews
The Hotel Reviews section is colored in blue and a white background. A great amount of hotel information and pictures can be found in this part of the website. Mainly, the hotels are from Asia and Oceania at the moment. As a user, you can choose reviews by country, city, or hotel in order to find what you are looking for.

4. Travel Guide
Now we are coming to the Travel Guide of Excelloz. What is featured here is controlled by you as it is possible to upload travel stories and pictures about any location that you can think of. As our focus is on Asia and Oceania at the moment, these are the areas which people write the most about at the moment. You are welcome to add stories from around the world though.
Customers choose the continent, country and city to view an overview about the topics available from the desired destinations.

5. My Account
As a customer of Excelloz you will have your own personal account page. The member pages are held in purple color and show you all information about your trips and bookings. You can always s sign into your account in order to manage it by yourself. Any cancellations, modifications or other changes to your bookings can be directly done by you. It is of course also possible to contact us if you have any questions left.

The central section of Excelloz is the hotel part which is colored in yellow. The whole booking process starts here and you are able to check prices of the hotels for your desired dates and length of stay. Just enter your departure and arrival dates, nationality, country and city and choose the required hotel. After entering the information about how many persons and how many rooms are required you will get the exact rate of the hotel for the length of your stay. It is also possible for you to search by price ranges and you can sort the search results by hotel name, star rating and price.

What you will also notice is that some hotels are “On Request” and others are “Instant”. Instant means that these hotels can be confirmed immediately. The moment you check out you will have the confirmation in your hands. “On Request” hotels are normally confirmed within 24 hours.

After choosing a hotel by clicking on “Book Now” you can continue with the reservation process in just a few steps. The booking is completed when the credit card details are filled out.
