No. 82, finally goes from Lido to Rialto via Giudecca, Piazzale Roma, Tronchetto, Ferrovia and finally to San Zaccaria.

There are also water taxis available. When using these you should find an agreement about the price before you start your trip to prevent any unpleasant surprises later on.
