One of Greatest Monument in Europe in Vienna, Austria

Schonbrunn Palace is named as one of the most important monuments in Austria, and it is one of the major tourist attractions in Vienna as well as one of the most baroque palaces in Europe. That is the reason why Schonbrunn is recorded in the list of UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Sites. Schonbrunn Palace is where people can celebrate huge occasions with the regal style. Schonbrunn Palace has the history just like other palaces which the story is mysterious for visitors to learn it in each place. The last emperor of Austria spent his last years in this palace.

Schonbrunn Palace is surrounding by its buildings and the huge park was found as full of blooming flowers in the gardens. The park is as well one of the most significant cultural monuments in Austria. Schonbrunn Palace was begun building by the princes of the House of Austria, and was ended and completed by Empress Maria-Theresa. The Palace was occupied by Napoleon, then in 1918; it was surrendered to the Austrian Republic of the last Habsburg emperor, Charles I. The Habsburg family settled for a modest house with 1,441 rooms. The palace’s castle is situated right on the bank of the Wien.

Schonbrunn Palace is visited by millions of visitors every year. The palace reaches about 1.5 millions visitors annually. The park with all other attractions at Schonbrunn is reached by 5.2 millions visitors yearly, so all in total around the complex is 6.7 million visitors each year. There are several features in Schonbrunn Palace suggested such as the Gloriette (a marble), Imperial Gardens, Tirolian Garden, Schlosstheater (the palace’s theater), the Wagenburg, (Carriage Museum), the State Apartments (the most stunning display), Palm House stemming from rain forests from all continents, and else.

Schonbrunn Palace provides choices of tours around the complex. There are Imperial Tour which arranges for 22 state rooms with audioguide, Grand Tour which arranges for 40 state rooms with as well audioguide, Children’s Tour is available on Friday, Saturday, Sunday on 2.30 pm, School Groups is available on Monday – Friday on 9 am, 9.30 am, 11 am, 11.15 am which is on request, Schonbrunn Pass Classic, Schonbrunn Pass Gold, Sisi Ticket, An evening in Schonbrunn, and Special Tours and Evening Tours is on request.
