Magha Puja

This is an important Buddhist holy day which falls every year on a full moon day in the month of March or February last. This year Magha Puja will be held on 17th March and celebrating at the Chapel Royal in the Royal Temple Complex of the Emerald Buddha by the King at this time it will be difficult to enter inside the temple but people can assemble to another temple.

As it is a public holiday in Thailand and this day in the morning people prepare the food and then go to the temple to offer the food to monks.

In the evening everyone goes to the Temple for candle and flower ceremony and the conclusion of the ceremony is that no one will commit any kind of sins; even only good things will take place in their life.

This event is celebrated by all Thai people as it is very important event for them.

Bangkok Fashion Week

In the Bangkok Fashion week you will see the collection designed by over 30 Thai designers and selective international designers as well. This year the event will be organizing on 15 – 19 March at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre. This is the best time to turn up there if you want to have every designer clothes as well as high fashion textiles, jewelry and accessories. This year it will be more exciting than last year, according to the performance and people who came to visit last year. So, don’t miss a chance to see such a nice fashion week in Bangkok.

Pattaya Music Festival

Every year music festival organizes in Pattaya. The place is very famous for night life and the great attraction for tourist. This year the music festival will be held on 16 – 18 March and it will be the best time to visit Pattaya to enjoy the wide range of music and dances, such as, Hip- Hop, Pop, Rock, Jazz as well as you can enjoy bars, cabarets or shows. Many people like to go to Pattaya during this time.

Floating Market Fair

Floating market is one of the great attractions in Thailand. Although there are many more floating markets and Domoen Saduak is one of them which are very famous in the month of March for its great market fair. This year the fair can be seen on 25 – 27 March. You can enjoy views of the sight river where women in typical farming dress will be selling fruits, flowers, and foods. This will be an unforgettable moment if you once visit the floating fair.

Bangkok International Motor Show

This show held every year in Bangkok as it is an international show where you can see latest with advance technology motoring and can attend lectures, seminars, workshops. You will get the demonstration too. Features will include classic cars, bikes, sports mobile and cars as well as you can see the Miss Motor show beauty contest too. Last year 1.6 million people had visited this show and this year will be much more than the last year as it is gaining in popularity and importance. So, do visit this show this year on 22 March – 3 April.
