If you are looking for a great place to get away by playing golf, Singapore is a good answer for you since it is sunny all year round and has a lot of lush greeneries and also world-class golfing facilities.

Most of golf courses in Singapore required a dress code collared trousers with trousers or short pants and golf shoes just like anywhere else. Caddies or golf carts are available, and the courses are usually equipped with locker rooms and showers as well as cafes and restaurants.

There are no fewer than 12 golf courses in Singapore. For people who are interested to play golf in this region The Singapore Island Country Club is strongly recommended to visit once. The club is one of the top 5 golf clubs in Asia and the second oldest club in Singapore with 4x18 hole golf course. To feel this superb greenery field costs $ 200 exclusive caddy fees, buggy fees and usual tips for the caddies.

Marina Bay Golf Course is the newest addition to Singapore's golfing scene. As an 18-hole public golf course, Marina Bay Golf Course is one of the very few links-styled golf courses in Asia, featuring dramatic pot bunkers of varying sizes and depth.

The Singapore Island Country Club is another true experience for the golfers. The club features dramatic pot bunkers of varying sizes and depth, tremendous variety in the length of the holes and many undulations to provide many hours of challenges and enjoyment. Apart from the two clubs, there are Sentosa Golf Club which costs SD 9,000 a year, Laguna National Golf and Country Club $ 83,000 a year, Orchid Country Club $6,500 for the entire year. Although some of these are exclusive, members-only clubs many welcome the visiting golfers.

Take your pick from large and well-equipped public golf courses in Singapore and enjoy the intimate atmosphere of the golf courses before going back to face the hectic city.
