| Most people know Siem Reap from visiting the famous temples of Angkor Wat. Siem Reap is the closest town to the temples so everybody who wants to visit these has to stay in Siem Reap. Besides Angor being the main attraction here, Siem Reap is a nice little town in its own. Of course it has profited a lot from the proximity to the temples.
