Kata Beach is as well one of popular beaches located on Koh Phuket Island, Thailand. The beach is kind of very famous of fun and laid-back activities all day and all night. Kata Beach has divided into two parts on the beach which are called Kata Yai (Big Kata) and Kata Noi (Small Kata). Kata Yai is the larger of two beaches. Kata Noi is smaller and is a bit developed, but lovely part to stay.

Both Kata Yai and Kata Noi or all Kata Beach displays very nice atmosphere and the beach is noticed that there are plenty of water sports. The most famous one should be sailing as there is competition held there every year in December, it is call King’s Cup Regatta. Kata beach plays as a host. Swimming is thing needed to do when being on the beach and here on Kata Beach especially on Kata Noi Beach is a great place with decent amazing coral in clear water visitors can do snorkeling or get a bit father for diving. Walking on white sands is thing should not miss as well.

On Kata Beach offers very nice circumstance at night with easy bars mostly around Kata Center. Some play live music which is an ideal and great for families to get around and catch the moment of enjoyable together. There are also fine and cozy restaurants on the beach with delicious sea foods are common ordering such as lobsters, tiger prawns, and plump fish showed in front. Restaurants which are along Taina Road is considerate that is the most attractive by night. There is one place called Dino Park is for kids. Kata Center is a variety with beer bars anyway. There are abundance of shops and outlets to browse some souvenirs and abundance of convenience shops such as mini-marts, or 7-11 available. Fashion brand stores are appeared as well.

Kata Beach is available for superior range of accommodation from budget guesthouse to luxury resorts or hotels. Those places are just situated right on the beach displaying very amazing view of the Phuket’s west coast. Transportation is just same as other beaches around Koh Phuket Island which visitors can take mini bus or motorbike around. Heading to beaches where nearby, better move by feet is the most enjoyable way for great view.
