Pattaya Beach is one of the most popular travel destinations in Thailand. One major factor is the location close to Bangkok. There is no other beach that is easier to reach than in Pattaya. That means right now, the water quality is on the best level since many years. Still, you will not see as many people going into the sea than you would on an island such as Koh Samui for example. Most people will come to Pattaya Beach, rent one of the umbrellas and just relax. There are a lot of vendors at the beach who will serve anything from ice cream to delicious and freshly made seafood that you can eat right on the beach. Especially popular are the crabs. Furthermore, you can relax while having a traditional Thai Massage in your sun lounger. This doesn't mean that there are no other activities at Pattaya Beach. It is one of the prime spots for water sports. The variety is huge. You can go waterskiing, take a banana boat, jet skiing, sailing, wind surfing, kit surfing, paragliding and many more things. Not far from Pattaya Beach a lot of other activities including golf and a big water park await you. At Pattaya beach you will have a lot of activities options to choose from and even the beach is nice and long.
