Pattaya can be reached in approximately 2.5 hours, by taking the Bangna Trat Highway via Bang Pakong, Chonburi and Si Racha.
Alternatively taking Highway 36 the new Chonburi Pattaya Rayong route or the motorway from Bangkoks Rama 9 road, Chonburi can be avoided thus reducing travel time further.
By Bus
Air conditioned and regular buses depart from both the eastern bus terminal (Ekkamai) and the northern bus terminal (Mochit 2, on Kamphaengphet road) daily.
