| The Eiffel Tower is the most visited monument in the world. Since its construction 1887, the Eiffel Tower was visited by more than 200 million people. The Eiffel Tower is also one of the tallest structures in the world with 324 meters if you include the antenna on top.
At the time the Eiffel Tower was built, it was the tallest building in the world until the year 1930 when the Chrysler building in New York was finished. 300 workers had put together the iron pieces that the tower is built of.... (More) |
