The summer is from May to September. It is hot and humid. Average temperatures are 28 C, or 82 F, and the often rise to 33 C (91 F) with the humidity up to 90%. There is plenty of rainfall, and over this time Hong Kong receives typhoons from the South China Sea. The sea temperature is around 28 c (82 F) For outside it is beat to wear light, loose fitting natural fibre clothing, while often a jumper is useful for inside with air conditioning. An umbrella is a good accessory to have with you. The Autumn is from late September to early December. During this time the humidity and temperature drops giving clear, sunny and comfortable weather. The Spring is from March to May. The temperature and humidity is rising along with the rainfall. The average temperature is 23 C with humidty around 82%. Sea temperature is 22 C (72 F).
