| On July 13th the IOC elected Beijing to be the host for the 2008 Olympic Games. This fantastic event will be showcased all over China with lots of different events in lots of different locations and will see hundreds of Athletes competing to make their Olympic dreams come true.
Everyone has their favorite event and I admit to liking a lot of them but my favorite are the track and field events. These are going to be held at the brand new National Stadium in Beijing, nicknamed the bird’s nest.
