Suvarnabhumi Airport : The Golden Land

Suvarnabhumi Airport, Thailand situated in Samut Prakan Province, also known as New Bangkok International Airport about 25 km east of Bangkok. The name Suvarnabhumi was select by the King of Thailand that means "the golden land", opened for all commercial flights on 28 September 2006, substitute the 91 year old Don Muang International airport in Bangkok, Thailand. Suvarnabhumi Airport, Thailand will work as many as 76 flights per hour on 2 runways.
