Koi Restaurant Bangkok, a sensational design restaurant in the heart of Bangkok

The Koi Restaurant is one of Bangkok's most spectacular ones and it is gaining in popularity at an astonishing rate. Koi Restaurant is not a new venture and there are already Koi restaurants
The restaurant is nothing short of stunning, quite dark on the inside and with reddish lighting. The food at the Koi is typical Californian. It is Japanese food in Californian style, fresh and healthy. This type of food is typical for California and the only other restaurant in Bangkok specializing in this style is California Circle on Soi Ruam Rudee.

At Koi you get some of the freshest Sushi and Sashimi that you will find anywhere in Thailand's capital. The rest of the menu is not the least less sensational. Highly recommended is the delicious Nori Crusted Prawns although the price of 2300 Baht is a bit steep. Nevertheless they are excellent. Also, the creamy rock shrimp tempura was a good choice but they there are many other dishes that are very good. And not everything is as expensive with the main dishes starting at 600 Baht.

Besides food, there is also another main attraction to the Koi Restaurant. It is loved by the hip and trendy, Bangkok's rich and beautiful. The LA branch is know for attracting many famous movie stars and celebrities alike and so does the Bangkok Koi. It is also known that the local model agencies get special deals at Koi (smart promotion that is to pull them in), so expect many models at Koi when you visit there.
On weekends Koi also lets you dine and try cocktails to the newest electronic beats, provided by DJ Vladi.

Reservations are recommended as the Koi Restaurant Bangkok can get very busy, especially in the evenings.

Koi is located on Sukhumvit Road Soi 20 and therefore can be easily accessed by taxi, Skytrain and even the subway Asoke station is not too far away. You can make reservations under the telephone number: 02-258 15 90 and it is recommended to do so.
