Erawan Shrine is a shrine which is located on Rajdamri Road, Bangkok of Thailand. It is called San Phra Phrom in Thai. Erawan Shrine is a Hindu/Buddhist shrine that houses four-faced or four-headed status. This is where abundant of local people and numerous of foreigners worship and make a wish as they do believe in this vividness according in the bible says. Here is as well a feature performance by Thai dancing who are hired by worshippers in return for seeing their prayers at the shrine answered.

Erawan Shrine was first built as a part of Erawan Hotel owned by the government in 1956. On 21 March, 2006, the Erawan Shrine was vandalized by a mentally ill person and was renewed after soon. Erawan Shrine is the four-faced or four-faced status of Brahma. Also, this name of Erawan comes from Brahma’s thirty-three headed elephant. Erawan is where people worship and make a wish by colorful flowers which those can be garlands, lotus with incenses and candles. After so doing worship, people would take those Thai Dancers to dance for return the wishing which this is the feature for foreigners. That’s why, around the place, you can find sellers who offer these kind of things flowers, incenses, candles. There are these Thai dancers who stand by in the place for anytime dancing for ones who wish to hire for.

Erawan Shrine is in the corner situated which is just miniature status, but because of the name of the place attracts people lots and lots every year. Brahma is three gods that each possesses differing moral principles, greatness, and miracles and Brahma is believed that to be the creator of all things of the world, said in Brahma Bible. Nobody can say the exactly story of Brahma as each legend has their own version, so that every legend has their own dissimilar stories.

Erawan Shrine is full of people most of the day of a day or even a night time is still busy. The place can be reached by buses easiest. Sky train can be used, and then you have to walk a bit to the place. Chidlom station (Sukhumvit Line) and Rajdamri station (Silom Line) is both nearest dropping. You can also drive your own car, but as it is just situated in the corner, you have to park somewhere else such as shopping malls around. Erawan Shrine is in the area which is surrounding by several shopping malls.
