Be at the Best Western Premier Hotel Park Consul at Cologne was very safe. The hotel is located 250 meter from the River Rhine and four kilometer from the Central of Cologne. Rooms and service was more than efficient for the rate. WE have a great time at Cologne and I can say that it is a beautiful city.
