The Grassmarket hotel was very close to Edinburgh Castle. I walked about 5 minutes to key places in the Old Town, Elephant House Cafe and Royal Mile. I stayed here for 3 nights, and it was a small room quiet and makes me to good sleep. Good breakfast in bar downstairs and very clean hotel.
