Good that ther are hotels like the Abigail in San Francisco that don't cost a fortune. San Francisco is definitely not the cheapest city in the States. The Abigail has 2 stars, so of course its a budget hotel with basic equipment. Nevertheless it is not so badly equipped, clean, safe, the rooms were small but comfortable. You get a goodf deal at this accommodation.
