This hotel is beautiful and the rooms are spacious with luxurious comfort. Some rooms have a private Hammam , the suites get jacuzzi and sauna. The Hivernage Hotel & Spa Hotel is a fabulous place and great central location. You get Marrakech under your foot. Everything is perfect, but unfortunately the service during my period was not a 5 star hotel. I was disappointed and refer to the management. It's was from almost all staff a poor service and staff was not really take care the customers in house. I really have to ask all the time to get serve. Hopefully the management will do something about that. And everything will be like a dream. |
