The ATS hotel has 2 stars and is a real budget hotel. The room price includes breakfast, I would suggest to take the breakfast but go somewhere else for lunch and dinner as there are so many well priced restaurants in Hanoi that are better than the one in the ATS hotel.
The area is not too central but also not too far away from the interesting spots.
For my tight budget this hotel was alright. |
