I stayed at the Tongtara Hotel around 5 weeks ago. Its in the South of Bangkok and not too far from the Chao Praya River. Its nice to be able to take a taxi at the river and go down to the Grand Palace or elsewhere in just a few minutes. It is actualy also not too far to the city. You can quite easily reach Sathorn Road from the Tongtara Riverview and from there keep going to Siam Square or hop on the skytrain. |
