Outside the Fragrance Rose Hotel look so small and inside the room was not comfortable. However the location of this hotel was not bad because it’s near Shopping belt in Singapore, the Novena Metro station, around the hotel was convenience. Service of this hotel was not bad but staff didn’t have smile on there face. |
