Fair

The J A Villa Hotel's room was not bad, very clean and good smell but the warm water of the shower did not work. the breakfast that is included in the price was good and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is situated in central pattaya. The Pattaya beach has many watar sports for your recreation and the local people were friendly and smiled all the time. The hotel made us feel impress so we will be staying there again in april.
