My son and I stayed at Grand Sukhumvit by Sofitel for 6 nights. Our rooms were located on the right spot of Sukhumvit area where we could overlook at the view of Bangkok. The rooms were beautifully designed and decorated in modern. Staffs caring for the rooms were immaculate in their attention to detail. We enjoyed our meals at the restaurant and cocktails a lot. The staffs were beautifully dressed and obviously happy with their work. We went shopping till drop at the malls nearby by taking the BTS from Nana station. It was really convenient for us to explore Bangkok. My only complaint is that there were a lot of children running around the pool and their parents didn’t seem to care about their kids. It was annoying big time. Anyway, we will return in 2008 and of course, Grand Sukhumvit will be our place to stay during our trip. |
