The Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel is located in a high-rise building and right next to a lake (see picture) which is of course quite special in Singapore. The Copthorne Waterfront is situated in Singapore’s business district a bit outside of the main shopping areas like Orchard road. To walk to the next MRT station will take about 10 minutes max so this didn’t cause any problems for me.
For a hotel in this class there might be better deals in Singapore for the same rate but I don’t say this is a bad choice. Just that if you want to do a lot of shopping or want the best and quickest access to attractions andOrchad road then you migt wann bokk a hotel in a different location. The Grand Copthorn Waterfront Hotel was still a good experience though. |
