The Asia Hotel was a great choice for us. For a budget hotel there was not much to complain. While staying at the Asia Hotel we normally were moving around Bangkok the whole day so we didn’t make use of the hotel’s facilities too much. The Vietnamese restaurants that is onsite was maybe the weakest part of the hotel. Another not so good thing was that whenever we asked somebody at the desk about where to go to eat for example, then the taxi they will order for you was always more expensive than when we took a metered one. So here is our advice: Use the hotel for what it’s good: That is the cheap and good accommodation. Otherwise, when you go somewhere, always get a normal metered taxi outside the hotel (to go to the airport for example). |
