February 2006 I spent 3 nights at the Harbour View International House in Hong Kong. The best part of the hotel is the location: 5 minutes from the convention center, close to Wanchai MTR station, and the star ferry pier. Lockhart Road is also just a few minutes away.
Rooms are small (and the bathrooms even smaller) but they are clean.
Staff was very friendly and helpful too.
I would stay here again.
