The Harbour Plaza Metropolis is a different kind of hotel. The different part is that they have hotel rooms as well as “serviced suites”. The serviced suites are normally a good choice when you want to stay for longer terms, maybe one month upwards. You will not pay quite as much as in the hotel rooms while you still get all the same quality amenities and bigger rooms. You also have kitchens or kitchenettes in the serviced suites so you can make your own food and generally have more of an apartment than a hotel room.
I stayed in the studio suite which is one type of the service suites. I was trevaling along so didn’t really need the extra space of the one-bedrom suite. The brochure said that the rooms are between 33 up t 47 square meters in size. Can’t tell you how big mine was but it was reasonably spacious and enough for me. The studio was beautifully furnished and oozing with style.
Tsim Sha Tsui is just a few minutes walk away which was excellent consdidering that a lot of nightlife and some really nice restaurants are located there. Itst he area I normally went out at night.
I liked the Harbour Plaza Metropolis as I enjoyed hotel type luxury while having a bigger room and paying less. |
