Sunshine Vista hotel is still very new and is a luxurious serviced apartment with very high standards. This means that room sizes are bigger than for a normal hotel as the units are actually real apartments with the difference that this establishment is serviced like a hotel. Also, as there are so many choices of room types available it is very likely that you will find just the right one for you. Each room has a private balcony and comes with all the amenities that you would expect from a hotel in this class which includes air conditioning, separate bath and shower, TV, refrigerator with Mini Bar and telephone.
Being an apartment in essence, all studios, executive studios and also the family suites all have fitted kitchens. The Family Suites even have separate living rooms and dining areas.
