When you reserve a room with us, we charge your credit card with the full amount immediately unless otherwise specified. The full amount is the total cost of your reservation and includes the item selected, taxes and service charges unless stated otherwise. The rates on this website are applicable only if the reservation was directly made through us. These rates are not available directly at the hotel.

Please kindly be aware that it is your responsibility to carefully check the details of your reservation both before you submit the reservation and after your reservation is confirmed. In case of any cancellation or modification later on, you are subject to the applicable fees according to the cancellation/modification policy.
 
Should you wish to cancel or amend your confirmed reservations, you must make the cancellation or amendment request through your member page.
