I stayed at Sena Place 1 month ago when I was in Bangkok on a 1 week holiday. It is situated not too far from Victory Monument which is actually quite an OK location considering that it is only a short way from Sukhumvit. Also, the skytrain is not far so it was very convenient to get around for me.
