Hotel Overview
Opened in September 2006, the new Suvarnabhumi Airport Bangkok will be the biggest and one of the most modern airports in Asia. The Novotel Suvarnabhumi Airport Hotel is the closest hotel to the new airport and sets a new standard for airport hotels with its luxurious facilities and tastefully furnished rooms.
Being just a short 5-minute walk away from the airport, the Novotel Suvarnabhumi features 612 rooms and all the facilities you would expect from a hotel in this class including a swimming pool, fully equipped fitness center and a complete health spa. The hotel is easily reached through an underground tunnel below the airport.
The Novotel Suvarnabhumi Airport Hotel is also very well set up for all kinds of meetings such as conferences, business meetings or cocktail receptions. Overall there are 6 different meeting rooms and a grand ballroom that coves a 850 square meters area and can accommodate up to 800 people.
The rooms of the Novotel are spacious and feature a contemporary design. All guest units are equipped with the latest amenities such as air conditioning, high-speed Internet access, satellite TV, IDD telephone, satellite TV with international channels, tea and coffee making facilities, refrigerator and Mini Bar among others.
For dining, all hotel guests have a wide choice including 4 different restaurants and 2 bars. You can choose between local Thai and International favorites.

Hotel Rooms
All rooms of the Novotel Suvarnabhumi Airport Hotel are tastefully designed and follow a contemporary style. As the hotel is brand new, all guest units are equipped with the lates amenities such as air conditioning, satellite TV with international channels, IDD telephone, broadband Internet, Mini Bar, refrigerator, tea & coffee making facilities and a clock radio among many others.
Deluxe Room:
The deluxe rooms are 34 square meters (366 sq. ft.) large and either come with a king size or 2 single beds. The bathrooms are nicely appointed and the rooms are modernly styled and equipped. 2 children can stay free of charge as long as they are under 16 years old. Also, no extra beds are provided.
Executive Deluxe Room:
The Executive Deluxe Rooms are also 34 square meters (366 sq. ft.) large come with a king size bed. The Executive Deluxe rooms are located exclusively on the 2nd and 5th floors and provide easy access to a special executive lounge where you can have your breakfast. Also, you can have up to 2 children staying with you in the room free of charge but no extra beds are provided.
Deluxe Suite:
Th Deluxe Suites in the Novotel Suvarnabhumi are the most spacious and luxurious rooms in this hotel and feature a 56 square meters (603 sq. ft.) large area. They comprise a bedroom with king size bed and couch, bathroom and a sitting area. The Novotel allows up to 2 children up to the age of 16 to stay with you in the room free of charge.

Hotel Location
The Novotel Suvarnabhumi Airport Hotel is located just 5 minutes walk from the airport which is in the East of Bangkok. It is linked to downtown Bangkok by a highway and an Express Airport Train is under construction but not completed yet.
By taxi, it takes approximately 1 hour to drive to Bangkok. The capital of Thailand is one of the most vibrant and exciting cities in Asia or the world. Sala Thai
The Sala Thai restaurant serves Thai cuisine in the best quality you could imagine. Coming to Thailand, you owe it to yourself to at least sample some of the delicious Thai food. Sala Tha is open from 12:00-15:00 and then again from 18:00-23:00
The Square
The Square is specialized on the best and most favorite International dishes. It is open 24 hours per day.
Kam Kok Hin
Kam Kok Hin is the place to go to sample some of the biggest delights that the Chinese cuisine has to offer. Kam Kok Hin is open from 12:00-15:00 and from 18:00-23:00.
Kinsen
Kinsen is the Japanese restaurant of the Novotel Suvarnabhumi. Here you can enjoy all what Japan has to offer including Sashimi, Sushi and many meat and fish dishes. Kinsen is available from 12:00-15:00 and from 18:00-23:00.

The Novotel Suvarnabhumi Airport was probably the best airport hotel I have ever stayed at. To be fair, its brand new and the Accor group know what they are doing but it was still excellent, much better than other Novotels I stayed at.
